Often at home, rarely where you want to be
A lot of people want to travel the world. And everywhere you look, you see people doing it.
They don't work as hard as you do and don't have any secret advantage.
Still, they go and you stay.
You can tell yourself, "It's just one trip. That's life. It's how it works." You know that over the next few years you may visit a few places. But deep down you know that, at this rate, you're going to miss out on a lot of experiences around the world.
To me, freedom means that if a friend calls you tomorrow and asks if you want to go to some exotic country on the other side of the world, it only takes you a few seconds to decide if you're down.
I write daily about the skills you need to get that kind of freedom: how to make money and how to use it to take control of your life.
Every day you're not in my newsletter, you miss a piece of advice you'll never see again. Sign up here:
The foundation of freedom is making money
If you like freedom, you like money. If you like money, you like sales.
That's what I write about every day: how to sell, make more money from your skills, your work or your business, and use that money so you don't have to depend on anyone.
And yes, every day I'll try to sell you something. And sooner or later, I will.
Pay attention to how I do it and you'll learn from that too.
It's going to happen, and you don't need to feel guilty about it. That's what money is for. You spend it on things you enjoy and things that make your life better. And yes, that's what the things I sell are for, so you don't have to depend on anyone and even give the people around you a better life.
You'll deny it at first. You'll say, I don't need this, this doesn't apply to me, this guy is arrogant, this is all bullshit. Then you'll end up buying anyway. So buy early and enjoy it longer.
If you're not sure, don't sign up
If the idea of selling, making money, and knowing what to do with it makes you uncomfortable, don't sign up. Freedom isn't for you. Staying where you are is part of a comfort zone you don't actually want to leave.
This isn't a gimmick to get you to subscribe. Some people prefer having someone else decide what their days look like rather than deciding for themselves where they are, when they're there, and who they spend their time with.
